Posting the nest picture a few weeks back I remembered the swallow nest I saw In Kyoto in drenching rain in april. I happened to glance up towards the awning and saw a swallows nest. My son told me it meant luck to see a swallow nest. I quickly snapped a picture. Even though this post lacks a bird I am posting it to Wild Bird Wednesday.

It may lack birds – but it does have a nest!! I always enjoyed seeing the first swallows come back when I lived in the UK. Its not such a big event here.
